In the world of Elden Ring, players and gamers will encounter a lot of NPCs. Some are more important than others, and give more or less long quests. Among them, Kenneth Haight. Via this character and his quest, it is possible to recover two golden seeds allowing him to increase his number of vials of health.

Accept Kennet Haight’s Quest
To find Kenneth Haight, you will have to go to a very specific place. Indeed, the man is positioned on a ruin in height near the site of grace, at the top on the image below. Be careful, several enemies will be posted under the building. You can tackle them or go around them to reach the top of the ruin.
Once in front of him, talk to him. He will ask you to go to his old home, located at the bottom right of this same image. You can then accept his quest by responding with the proposal “Offer his services”.
First journey and first golden seed
Kenneth Haight then asks you to kill the various enemies of Fort Haight. They’re not that bad, but they’re still plentiful and could put a damper on your health bar. Move carefully towards the entrance of the Fort. By the way, to the right of this entrance you will find a golden seed, resting at the foot of a tree. Collect it and continue your progress.
Free the area then climb up a tower. There, a signet ring will be waiting for you. You will have to eliminate him to complete Kenneth Haight’s quest. Once you get rid of this enemy, go talk to Kenneth Haight again.
Kill Kenneth Haight and second Golden Seed
After joining Kenneth Haight, he will thank you and return to Fort Haight. You can do the same. The NPC will stand in the same location as the previously killed knight. It is possible to discuss with him, at this precise moment. This is when you will receive a worldsteel dagger as a reward.
Furthermore, note that after this short discussion, it is quite possible to engage in combat with Kenneth Haight. He’s pretty snappy and has a health flask, but he’s not that hard to beat. By killing him, you then get a second golden seed, allowing you to increase your number of vials of care at a site of grace.
