However, since the official release of Elden Ring, it seems that many are unable to connect to the game’s servers.

• Check that you are connected to the Internet, from your console or your PC.

• Make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest available update for Elden Ring before launching the game.

Be aware of server status

• Check if the status of the Elden Ring servers is up.

Restarts

• If the problem persists despite these first steps, close the Elden Ring application.
• Restart your router.
• Check again if your console or your PC is connected to the Internet.
• Relaunch the game, after a few seconds, to retry a connection to the game servers, from the title’s main menu.
  • Do not hesitate to restart the game application several times. Many players have managed to fix the error of verification and connection to the Elden Ring servers thanks to this manipulation.

Resettlement

• If all these manipulations did not work, you can try reinstalling the game.
  • Before that, make sure you have copied your save files to an external device or even the Cloud, so you don’t lose your progress.
