The extension Shadow of the Erdtree of Elden Ring introduces an entirely new progression systemwith the Blessing of the Occult Tree to improve its resistance and damage inflicted. To gain level, you must obtain Scars of the Occult Tree in the Shadow Realmbut even so, players find the DLC too difficult.
Bandai Namco And FromSoftware have therefore launched today Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree update 1.12.2adjusting the effects of the Blessing of the Occult Tree :
- Attack cancellation and damage have been increased for the first half of the maximum amount of Blessing buffs, and the second half will now be more gradual.
- Attack cancellation and damage granted by the last level of Blessing buffs have been slightly increased.
This is a small adjustment that will greatly help struggling players, the first improvements to the Blessing of the Occult Tree will further strengthen your character. Furthermore, the studios are aware that PC players are experiencing performance issues, this is a bug automatically enabling the ray tracing in the options. If you have a frame rate unstable or too low, the developers advise you to go to the game settings to deactivate the ray tracing.
To verify that you have the correct version ofElden Ring installed, the title screen should display at the bottom right of the screen: “App Ver. 1.12. Regulation Ver. 1.12.2”.
