Indirectly, but partly so, because the Ioniq 6 N, which they call the RN22e study, is not going into series production for the time being, but it still serves as a “test laboratory” for a series model: 2023 will see the first Hyundai sports car come onto the market, and that will be the Ioniq5 N. As is well known, the Ioniq 5 and 6 share the E-GMP architecture, with the 6 series only having a wheelbase that is five centimeters shorter.
