Elijah Wood has become a father for the second time. His 14-month-old daughter was born at the end of 2021.
One of the most important events in life can hardly be announced more casually. “Lord of the Rings” star Elijah Wood (42) betrayed the “Wall Street Journal”.that he has already become a father for the second time. “We have a three-year-old son and a 14-month-old daughter,” Wood explained, which means the birth of his second child must have taken place towards the end of 2021.
Elijah Wood: “I like to get up early”
Unfortunately, further information such as the name of his daughter could not be elicited from the Frodo actor. However, Wood said the newborn would “wake up early” for him and partner Mette-Marie Kongsved, 31. But this is not a problem, because the 42-year-old says he “likes to get up early”.
Wood and Danish film producer Kongsved have been dating since 2018. The couple is said to have met on the set of Wood’s Netflix film Strange to the World, which Kongsved produced. In 2019, son Evan was born, who now has a little sister.
