(AOF) – Elior Group’s Board of Directors met and approved its reorganization following Derichebourg’s acquisition of a stake in the capital of the company announced on May 19, 2022. The board considers in this context that it is in the interest of Elior Group to review the possible strategic options in depth and to examine the best options that create value for its shareholders.
To carry out this study phase, the Board decided to combine the functions of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer and unanimously chose to entrust Bernard Gault with the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. of Elior Group.
Bernard Gault will thus ensure the continuity and success of the margin recovery plan that he initiated since his appointment as the group’s general management on March 1, 2022.
At the same time, he will steer the review phase of the strategic options within the Board of Directors. Previously independent director of Elior Group, Bernard Gault is unanimously recognized for his expertise in strategic and financial advice and his commitment to Elior teams.
Gilles Cojan remains a director.
The company Derichebourg SA represented by Daniel Derichebourg and the company Derichebourg Environnement represented by Françoise Mahiou have been co-opted as directors, replacing the companies Sofibim represented by Robert Zolade and Servinvest represented by Sophie Javary.
