(CercleFinance.com) – The public limited company Crédit Agricole declared that it indirectly crossed downwards, on January 30, 2023, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Elior Groupe.
This crossing of thresholds results from the decrease in the delta on certain Elior Groupe financial instruments, as a result of which the trading exemption applies for the declarant, the declarant no longer holds any Elior Groupe shares.
On this occasion, CACIB individually crossed the same thresholds downwards.
