(CercleFinance.com) – Derichebourg told the AMF that on April 20 it crossed the thresholds of 25% and 30% of the capital and voting rights of Elior Group and held 48.31% of the capital and voting rights of the catering and services group.
This crossing of thresholds results from an allocation of 80,156,782 new Elior shares in consideration for the contribution in kind, made by Derichebourg, of its subsidiary Derichebourg Multiservices Holding for the benefit of Elior.
Derichebourg does not plan to increase its stake in Elior and its crossing upwards of the 30% thresholds has been the subject of a decision to waive the obligation to file a draft public offer on the shares Elior.
