PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)–The company BIM, controlled by Robert Zolade, founder of Elior, only holds 3.87% of the capital and voting rights of the collective catering group, indicated the Autorité des financial markets (AMF) in a notice published on Tuesday.
This company fell below the thresholds of 15%, 10% and 5% of the capital and voting rights, as a result of a sale of share transfers to the metal recycling specialist Derichebourg.
Derichebourg had acquired in May 14.7% of the capital of Elior from BIM and the chairman of the board of directors of the company, Gilles Cojan. The acquisition of this block enabled Derichebourg to rise to 19.6% of the capital. The company then strengthened at the end of May, holding 20.6% of the shares of Elior.
