Elior remains under pressure

(Boursier.com) — Elior Group remains at half mast, still down 4.3% to 3.62 euros on Thursday. On the occasion of the Board of Directors ofElior Group on March 1, Philippe Guillemot tendered his resignation from his position as Group director with immediate effect for personal reasons. He asked not to be renewed in his functions as general manager. The Board of Directors unanimously appointed Bernard Gault, an independent director for four years, as interim Chief Executive Officer until the Board appoints a new Chief Executive Officer. Among analysts’ notes, Oddo BHF remains to ‘underperform’ and reduced its target price from 5.4 to 4 euros. Yesterday, Midcap Partners had already cautiously downgraded the file to ‘sell’ and had adjusted its target from 5.5 to 4.8 euros.
