(CercleFinance.com) – Elior Group announces the resignation of Philippe Guillemot, for personal reasons, from his directorship with immediate effect. He also asked not to be renewed in his functions as general manager.
The board of directors has unanimously appointed Bernard Gault, independent director, as interim general manager of the services group, until a new general manager is appointed.
Bernard Gault is a founding partner of the investment firm Barville & Co and co-founder of the financial advisory and asset management firm Perella Weinberg Partners. He has been an independent director of Elior since March 2018.
