(CercleFinance.com) – Elis announces this Monday morning the acquisition of 100% of Centralvaskeriet, a company which operates a laundry in the South of the Jutland region, in Denmark, and employs nearly 50 people.
Centralvaskeriet offers rental-maintenance services for flat linen, mainly for hotel and restaurant customers, as well as rental-maintenance of work clothes and carpets.
Its 2021 turnover stood at nearly five million euros with good profitability. The current management joins the Elis teams in the country. The acquisition will be consolidated in the accounts from May 1, 2022.
