(CercleFinance.com) – Bpifrance announces the acquisition of a stake of more than 5% in the capital of Elis via Lac1, its fund managed on behalf of French and international investors, and dedicated to long-term support for large listed French companies.
‘Convinced of the potential for sustainable and profitable growth’ of the industrial laundry group, he wishes to get involved in the long term by his side in order to support its development as well as its commitment to CSR.
On January 6, Elis’ Supervisory Board appointed Bpifrance Investissement (represented by Paul-Philippe Bernier) as a non-voting member of Elis’ Supervisory Board for a period of one year.
