(CercleFinance.com) – Elis announces the acquisition of 100% of Gruppo Indaco, a company based in Italy and representing expected 2023 revenue of around five million euros on an annual basis. This acquisition will be consolidated in the accounts from June 1st.
Specialized in pest control (fight against rodents, crawlers and insects), Gruppo Indaco is present throughout Italy, mainly in Lombardy and Piedmont (more than 70% of 2022 turnover), and employs a sixty employees.
With this operation, the French industrial laundry service provider explains “to continue consolidating its positions in Italy in a very buoyant segment, whose development has accelerated since the end of the pandemic”.
