(CercleFinance.com) – Elis announced today the finalization of the acquisition of 100% of Moderna Holding in the Netherlands. This acquisition will be consolidated in the accounts from March 1, 2024.
Moderna has a very modern factory which is becoming one of the largest factories in Elis. Thanks to its 2 depots, it can serve the entire Dutch territory.
The group, which employs around 400 people, offers services in Flat Linen, Work Clothing and Hygiene & Well-being to clients in the Hospitality & Catering, Industry and Commerce & Services sectors.
The company’s turnover is expected to be close to 50 million euros in 2023.
