(CercleFinance.com) – Elis announces the issue, on November 3, of 583,130 new shares (free shares included), representing 0.25% of the capital, i.e. an overall issue proceeds (premium included) of 4, 94 million euros, shares listed on Euronext Paris on the same day.
These new shares correspond to the capital increase reserved for employees, an operation for which the subscription period ended on 5 October. 3.56% of employees established in 17 countries chose to participate directly or via the Elis FCPE.
As a reminder, it allowed employees of the industrial laundry group to invest in Elis shares at a unit price of 8.97 euros, and benefiting from a matching contribution from Elis equal to one share offered for 10 shares subscribed.
