(CercleFinance.com) – Elis announces the launch of an issue of OCEANEs maturing on September 22, 2029, by way of a public offering intended exclusively for qualified investors, for an amount of approximately 375 million euros .
The final terms of the bonds are expected to be determined at the end of the bookbuilding process, expected later today, and their settlement and delivery is expected on September 22.
The net proceeds will be allocated to the partial refinancing of the outstanding OCEANEs maturing on October 6, 2023, for a maximum nominal amount of €200 million, securities on which it will simultaneously launch a partial buyback offer.
