(CercleFinance.com) – Elis announces the success of its issue of Bonds Convertible and/or Exchangeable for New and/or Existing Shares (OCEANEs) maturing on September 22, 2029 for a nominal amount of 380 million euros.
The net proceeds of the Issue will be used to partially refinance the outstanding OCEANEs maturing on October 6, 2023. The remainder of the net proceeds of the Issue will be used to finance the general needs of the Company.
