(CercleFinance.com) – Elis announces today that it has successfully placed €300 million in principal amount of senior unsecured bonds under its EMTN (Euro Medium Term Notes) program . The maturity of these bonds is 5 years and offers a fixed annual coupon of 4.125%.
An extremely positive reception was reserved for this issue, with an order book of more than 3 billion euros, ie an oversubscription rate of more than 10 times.
The net proceeds of this issue will be dedicated to the refinancing of the bond issue for a principal amount of 450 million euros, the maturity of which is set for February 15, 2023.
