Elis: the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board on the 20% of rights

(Boursier.com) — By letter received on November 21 by the AMF, the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) declared that it had crossed the threshold of 20% of the company’s voting rights on November 16. Elis, and hold 28,108,795 Elis shares representing 55,433,304 voting rights, or 12.05% of the capital and 20.94% of the voting rights of this company. This crossing of the threshold results from a reduction in the total number of voting rights. CPPIB declares that it is considering additional share acquisitions depending on market opportunities, always within the limit of 30% of the capital and voting rights. The declarant does not plan to take control of Elis, but intends to be a stable, long-term investor supporting the strategy implemented by Elis.
