Elis: the General Meeting approves the payment of the dividend

(Boursier.com) — The General Meeting of Shareholders ofElis chaired by Thierry Morin, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, in the presence of members of the Management Board, was held on Thursday May 23 at the Maison des Travaux Publics, 3 rue de Berri in Paris.
The quorum was 83.56% and the shareholders adopted? all the resolutions presented.

The General Assembly approved? the annual and consolidated accounts for the 2023 financial year and the distribution of an amount of 0.43 euros per share through a coupon which will be detached? on May 27 and paid on May 29.
