Elite 4: Jabra announces headphones with active noise reduction for less than 100 €

Coming to slip between the Elite 3, very accessible but with few features, and the Elite 5, more efficient but also more expensive, the Elite 4 are presented as a pair of headphones bringing together the best of both worlds. They inherit a good part of the technical sheet of the Elite 4 Active released a little over a year ago.

So to speak, it is only in terms of design that the Elite 4 stand out from the Active version, which is more focused on sports practice. Still in the in-ear format, the new headphones are covered with plastic shells with a smoother finish and less gripping than their sports counterparts. They are also less well protected against water: they are IP55 certified, against IP57 for the Active version. Anyway, they remain perfectly recommendable for sports activities, but are not submersible. Last change: the controls are not carried out via a touch surface, but thanks to a physical button, as on the Elite 3 or the Elite 5.

For the rest, the Elite 4 are perfectly identical to the Elite 4 Active. They have the same 6mm speakers, the same set of microphones and the same active noise reduction system. The Elite 4 also promise autonomy of up to 7 hours per charge and 28 hours with the case. They can also be controlled through the Jabra Sound+ app, in which it is possible to establish your sound profile through a series of tests.

The Elite 4 have a multipoint Bluetooth function that allows them to be paired with two devices simultaneously. They are also compatible with the aptX codec and the fast pairing protocols Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair.

The Elite 4 are already available in grey, beige, lilac or black at a price of €99.99.
