While season 3 of Umbrella Academy will be broadcast next June on the Netflix platform, actor Elliot Page says more about his character, who like him is evolving in this new season.
The transgender actor, who began his transition in December 2020, announcing that he was no longer called Ellen Page, before performing a mastectomy in early 2021, shared his character’s new name on his networks. He, who played the role of superheroine Vanya Hargreeves in the first two seasons, will now take on the costume of Viktor Hargreeves.

“Meet Viktor Hargreeves”, posted the 35-year-old artist, revealing an image from the third installment of the hit Netflix series, adapted from the eponymous comic book series by Gerard Way, and featuring a family of super- hero. Through this publication, the actor revealed to the general public in “Juno” and “X-Men: the confrontation”, suggests that, like him, his character could have made his transition.
In December 2020, Netflix had immediately supported the actor, after his transgender coming out. “So proud of our superhero”, had reacted the platform on the networks before adding: “We love you Elliot! Can’t wait to see you in season 3.
