The US actress Elsa Raven is dead. Her agent David Shaul confirmed this to the US portal "Deadline". Accordingly, the actress died on Tuesday (November 3rd) in her home in Los Angeles. Raven, whose real name is Elsa Rabinowitz, was 91 years old.

Raven started her career as a stage actress in New York City. The first film roles followed in the horror flick "The Amityville Horror" (1979) or the television drama "Endstation Sehnsucht" (1984). A year later she became known as a fundraiser in "Back to the Future". She could also get a role in James Cameron's (66) classic "Titanic" from 1997. She was also seen in Celine Dions (52) video for the film song "My Heart Will Go On". In the 2000s, Raven mainly devoted himself to smaller series appearances, for example in "All love Raymond" or "Emergency Room – Die Notaufnahme".
