Elsa Zylberstein is starring in the movie selfie broadcast this Sunday evening on France 2. She plays the role of Bettina, the French teacher alongside Max Boublil, Fanny Sidney, Blanche Gardin or Manu Payet.

A very fleeting love but…
In 2014, the weekly newspaper Le Point announced a relationship between Elsa Zylberstein and Arnaud Montebourg, then Minister of Productive Recovery under the first five-year term of François Hollande, President of the Republic at the time. The relationship between Elsa Zylberstein and Arnaud Montebourg started a few months earlier at a reception organized by the writer Marek Halter. Then it’s love at first sight. The affair between the actress and the politician ended in October 2014. It was Elsa Zylberstein herself who announced it on the set of the show We are not in bed on France 2. “The turnaround has not been very productive”, she had launched. In an interview with Paris Match in 2015, the 53-year-old actress returned to her relationship with Arnaud Montebourg: “With him, it was very fleeting, but great to watch. When I’m troubled, it shows, I don’t calculate”she had expressed before adding: “He was discovering the world of actors, and I, the political world. Well, we, in the cinema, we are care bears! In politics, betrayal is every day. You need a shell … The politicians are not made like us.”
