Noe Seifert and Florian Langenegger show a strong performance in the all-around final in Antalya – Adem Asil wins.

Noe Seifert and Florian Langenegger deliver in the all-around final at the European Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Antalya. Seifert ends up in 5th place, one thousandth behind. Langenegger finishes 7th at his first European Championship.

Seifert shows a great performance on the horizontal bar: The 24-year-old shows the second-best performance of all athletes with 13.933. He impressed the judges with his exit: he performed a flawless triple somersault.

Langenegger excelled on the ground. The Aargauer received 13.833 points – only the German Pascal Brendel and the Italian Yumin Abbandini got more.

Asil wins at home EM

Adem Asil is the first Turk to win the gold medal in the all-around. The local hero showed an impressive performance on all apparatuses – he outclassed his competition especially on the rings. Behind Asil, the Brit Jake Jarman takes second place ahead of the Ukrainian Illja Kowtun.
