Emily Blunt felt disgust after movie kiss
Emily Blunt, 41, is without a doubt an outstanding actress. She was nominated for an Oscar in 2024 for her supporting role as Kitty Oppenheimer in Christopher Nolan’s historical drama. It’s no wonder the British film star can make movie kisses look passionate on screen – even though some have felt awkward in real life. Blunt has now admitted this on the “Howard Stern Show”.
According to Daily Mail, when asked if she ever wanted to “throw up” after kissing an actor, Emily replied: “Absolutely… I wouldn’t say I extremely detest it, but I definitely didn’t enjoy some of it.” However, Emily Blunt did not want to reveal whether these were co-stars such as Ryan Gosling, 43, Matt Damon, 53, Cillian Murphy, 47, or Tom Cruise, 61, with whom she had already filmed love scenes.
She tries to work around it, explaining, “I had good chemistry with people…I didn’t have a good time at work with.” In her opinion, the chemistry between two people is “a strange thing” anyway. It’s definitely easier “if you have a natural relationship with someone.” But sometimes, according to Blunt, you can have a “relationship that’s really effortless, but it doesn’t translate to the screen.”
Lucien Laviscount: Shakira is the “most beautiful person”
After the unpleasant separation from soccer star Gerard Piqué, 37, Shakira, 47, has found happiness again in love. It has been known since March that the Colombian singer is in a relationship with “Emily in Paris” star Lucien Laviscount, 31. He can hardly stop raving about his new girlfriend. “Shakira is one of the most incredible artists to ever walk the planet. Her dedication to her craft, her fans and her love of life is truly inspiring,” the actor tells Us Weekly. And his hymn of praise for his girlfriend, who is 16 years older than him, doesn’t end there. “She is one of the most beautiful and hard-working people I have ever met,” the Brit continues.
There was a spark between the two on the set of Shakira’s new music video for “Puntería”. “I remember getting a call saying they were interested in me taking part in the video,” he said. He was filming “Emily in Paris” at the time, but “we managed to arrange the dates and I was on the next flight to Miami.”
