Emily in Paris: We now wear these trend pieces from the series

Admittedly, we're not exactly sure how to find the new Netflix series. Somehow sweet and carefree – or too full of clichés and over-the-top? But we can say one thing: The series inspires us to give more love to some trend items in our wardrobe.

We could argue for hours about the extravagant outfits of the protagonist! We often find the looks too mixed up, too colorful and somehow completely overdrawn. Nevertheless, in times of Corona, "Emily in Paris" manages to arouse our wanderlust for the great fashion metropolis. We are also totally in the mood for outfits that exude Parisian flair. We'll show you the most inspiring styles from the hyped series and hope to be able to travel to the city of love again very soon – with great trend items in our luggage.

Two-piece

It's probably one of the simplest looks by Emily, but that's exactly why we like it so much! It combines a patterned two-piece in black and white with a red beret. She rounds off the outfit with black, high sandals and a classic Chanel bag. We also love two-piece suits all year round and prefer to style them with rough boots and a classic trench coat.

Denim love

Honestly? For us, Camille is the true fashion queen of the series! She embodies the classic Parisian – especially with her French looks. This casual all-over denim style in combination with black cowboy boots inspires us to wear the denim jacket with our favorite jeans again, right?

Casual

If it were up to us, Emily would slip into such simple blazer-jeans looks a lot more often – it looks great on her! Here she combines bootcut jeans with a wine-red blouse that she closes to the top. The lively American in a beige checked blazer picks up the color of the pointed ankle boots.

Puffed sleeves plus platform

This outfit combines two trends that we can no longer live without. The French woman Camille wears a super cute checked mini dress. As a little refinement, she combines a dotted blouse with transparent puff sleeves. To do this, she relies on chunky flats from Dr. Martens, which have a sturdy platform sole. We are blown away by the look and would love to buy all parts immediately!

Paris at night

Many viewers of the series say the look is a tribute to Audrey Hepburn. She too had herself photographed on these stairs many years ago and wore a very similar outfit. Emily looks like a real Parisian in the black dress with Carmen neckline and black pumps. The strictly tied back hair and the eyelid-knit lipstick look round off the dreamy outfit perfectly. We are convinced. A black dress always works!

Blazer look

The blazer is a part that always inspires the fashion world in a wide variety of styles. Camille is wearing a simple blazer here – cut in black and oversized. She also combines a gray bootcut jeans and rolls them up. The bright red cowboy boots are eye-catchers. We say: Très bien!
