It’s not just the Oscars and the Golden Globes for Emma Stone. The actress, soon to appear in “Poor Creatures”, dreams of participating in the famous television game Jeopardy!
If you look for Emma Stone on TV, it’s more likely to be the Oscars, Golden Globes and other shows of the kind in which she never ceases to shine. Guest of Variety’s “Awards Circuit” podcast, Emma Stone has in fact admitted to being a big fan of the show in which she absolutely wants to take part: but be careful, she wants to participate in the original show and not the one organized for celebrities!
It’s my dream, I apply every June. I don’t want to be on ‘Celebrity Jeopardy.’ I want to earn my stripes. I want to take part in the real Jeopardy!
Determined, the actress therefore sends her application each year in the hope of one day being chosen. Unfortunately, she is still waiting for her turn…
“You have to take the test and you can only take it once a year with your email address. So every June I take the quiz and they don’t tell you how you did, they just say, ‘We’ll let you know in 9 to 12 months if you’re going to be on the show.’ And guess what, I was never on the show.”
Training every day, the actress is formal: “I watch every night and note how many correct answers I get and I swear, I could do Jeopardy!”
