On July 14, France commemorates the storming of the Bastille and the idea of federating the French around the idea of the Republic and as every year, a ceremony in the presence of the President of the Republic is held on the Champs-Elysées. This 2020 edition is special and for good reason, it pays tribute to the people who were mobilized when the coronavirus was very present on the territory. Firefighters, emergency workers and some caregivers were interviewed by journalists from TF1 and France 2 before the commemoration begins.
