And on March 25, his team posted a video behind the scenes of the preparation for his only campaign meeting, which will take place on April 2 in the enclosure of La Défense Arena. In it, we discover Emmanuel Macron in full discussion with his entourage about his highly anticipated speech. “It’s three times Bercy”he is surprised in particular, asking the number of places in this room.

And to add, about the speech he will deliver: “What I would like is not a meeting writing. I would like something more in the effect of a sporting event, something more carnal”. For his only campaign meeting, Emmanuel Macron imagines a special speech. “I want there to be a form of me that says thank youhe describes. I feel something like that. And it all starts, and there, bam! And there, Brigitte arrives and makes her speech.” And it is also at this time that the First Lady chose to make her arrival with her husband, to support him. In full preparation for his meeting, Emmanuel Macron stopped for a few seconds to tenderly hug his wife.

It could therefore be that Brigitte Macron will also speak on April 2. But for the moment, the details of the presidential candidate’s meeting remain very mysterious. After hesitating, he chose the hall of La Défense Arena, the largest in Europe, which contains no less than 40,000 seats. In the home stretch, just over two weeks before the first round, Emmanuel Macron is campaigning express, busy managing the war in Ukraine. As for his wife, she decided to withdraw as one of her relatives revealed: “She will not change anything about her commitments during the campaign, it is very important for her”.
