PARIS (Reuters) – Emmanuel Macron has invited Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Chia Al-Soudani to visit France in early 2023, the Elysee Palace announced on Sunday, following a phone call between the two heads of state. .
The French Presidency specified that the two Heads of State wanted to strengthen bilateral cooperation between their two countries. Emmanuel Macron also told the Iraqi Prime Minister that he could count on France in the face of threats and attacks on its sovereignty as well as in its fight against terrorism.
