Emmanuel Macron’s program: reforms and a lot of spending

Emmanuel Macron has finally unveiled his presidential project. The candidate president resumes the march of 2017 by promising to “fight inequalities at the root”. After lowering taxes by 50 billion euros during his first term, he will put a soft pedal on this subject. Fifteen billion reductions are planned with half for businesses and the other for households.
