The need for German goods and services did not collapse in the crisis, emphasized Kramer. This need would boost production again after the crisis ended. "I am quite confident about our economy," said the head of the Federal Association of German Employers' Associations.
Kramer therefore also appealed to the companies not to neglect training. After the Corona crisis, the lack of skilled workers will again be the main obstacle to growth for the German economy. "The demographic development remains as it is. Our society is getting older," emphasized the BDA President.
