Based on the annual accounts closed on December 31, 2021, ENERGISME confirms its eligibility
to the PEA-PME for 2023 in accordance with Implementing Decree No. 2014-283 of March 4, 2014 relating to the equity savings plan (PEA) and the equity savings plan intended to finance small and medium-sized enterprises and medium-sized companies (PEA-PME).
Consequently, the shares of the ENERGISME company can be included in the PEA-PME accounts.
Companies are eligible if, on the one hand, their workforce is less than 5,000 people, and if, on the other hand, their annual turnover is less than 1,500 million euros, or their balance sheet total does not exceed 2,000 millions of euros.
