(Boursier.com) — On October 6, Energy held a Board of Directors meeting during which Ramez Nasser was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors.
This appointment is a key step in the implementation of Energisme’s strategy of strengthening and commercial development, which thus affirms a strong desire to instill renewal. Ramez Nasser capitalizes on multidisciplinary expertise.
On the occasion of this appointment, the Board of Directors also took note of the resignations of Ingmar Wilhelm, Wissam Anastas and Stéphane Bollon from their positions as directors. The Board of Directors “thanks them for their contributions”.
