”) remaining in circulation, issued under the second tranche (see press release of May 23, 2022) under the financing agreement entered into on March 15 with the investment fund YA II PN.

relates to 380,000 CBs which remained in circulation out of a total of 531,920 CBs initially issued (see summary table of CBs and shares issued under the said contract is available on its website (www.enertime.com, Investors section) .
