(CercleFinance.com) – The Capital Group Companies declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on March 15, the threshold of 5% of the capital of Engie, as a result of an acquisition of shares of the energy group on the market.
The declarant specified that he held, following this crossing, 122,615,086 Engie shares representing 126,433,827 voting rights, i.e. 5.03% of the capital and 3.93% of the voting rights of this company.
