(CercleFinance.com) – Eni, Plenitude and Energy Infrastructure Partners (EIP) have concluded their investment agreement, with EIP entering the share capital of Plenitude through a capital increase of 588 million euros.
This amount corresponds to approximately 7.6% of Plenitude based on a post-money equity value of approximately €8 billion and an enterprise value of over €10 billion.
The partners previously announced the deal in December 2023.
The transaction represents an important step in the development of Eni’s satellite model and reinforces the high potential of its activities by creating the necessary conditions to support future growth.
