Sherlock Holmes’ little sister is investigating again at Netflix: After “Enola Holmes” emulated her big brother in the first part and became a detective, her first own case is now on the agenda in the second part.
In late 19th-century London, however, it was not easy for female detectives to find interesting jobs. Shortly before she wants to give up, a job offer comes in: someone misses their sister. That sounds interesting (enough).

The sequel has reunited all the main cast, most notably Millie Bobby Brown, also known as Eleven from “Stranger Things”. The Brit embodies the young master detective for a second time after 2020 and also produced the film again.
Helena Bonham Carter is also back as Mother Holmes
The world-famous master detective or big brother Sherlock Holmes is meanwhile again embodied in the second film by Henry Cavill (“The Witcher”). The real center of the Holmes family is mother Eudoria, in whose role the unmistakable Helena Bonham Carter (“Harry Potter”) slips.
