Do not close Netflix especially by seeing the end credits of Enola Holmes since hides just after a new scene which marks the arrival of a very important character!

Netflix posted the sequel to the adventures of the young detective this Friday. Millie Bobby Brown investigates a mysterious disappearance in Enola Holmes 2 and her path will cross that of Sherlock Holmes (Henry Cavill). The opportunity for the brother and sister to get closer and for the latter to convince him to have a roommate at 221B Baker Street. What teaser the arrival of a certain Dr. John Watson, a character imagined by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. In the last minutes, Enola makes an appointment with her brother for the following Thursday, but the film ends without us seeing this meeting.
But the writers of Enola Holmes have chosen to reward the patience of the fans by adding the famous scene in question just after the credits. And surprise, it’s not the young detective who comes to Sherlock’s doorbell, but a mysterious man played by Himesh Patel. The latter explains to him that he is there for the meeting, about a roommate. We understand very quickly that it is his future friend Watson and that Enola is behind the blow!
After introducing the villainous Moriarty in this installment, it only made sense to bring Sherlock’s great friend in as well. A character that fans were looking forward to and couldn’t wait to discover in this Netflix version. Especially since in Nancy Springer’s books, the two men already share the same apartment.
It is therefore the Briton Himesh Patel – seen in particular in Yesterday and Station Eleven – who was chosen to slip into the costume of the doctor. And it’s a safe bet that it will have an important place in the sequel to the adventures of Enola Holmes, which Netflix has not yet announced.
