A year ago, Netflix subscribers found the volcanic Enola Holmes on their screens, played by the talented Millie Bobby Brown. This new adaptation of Nancy Springer’s novels was a great success and called for a sequel. And she comes to be made official by the streaming platform.
The Stranger Things actress will once again slip into the heroine’s dress in Enola Holmes 3, the scripts of which are currently being written. The screenwriters’ strike in Hollywood most likely delayed the project, and the ongoing actors’ strike should have an impact on future events.
No date has yet been announced for Enola Holmes 3 but we will have to wait until at least 2025 to see the continuation of her adventures on Netflix. At the end of the second part, Enola Holmes opened her new office near Edith’s jiu-jitsu studio and began her lovely romantic romance with Tewksbury (Louis Partridge).
We don’t yet know which Springer book will be brought to the screen, but we know that it will be marked by the arrival of a very important character.

In the post-credits scene of the second opus, Sherlock Holmes (Henry Cavill) meets the man who will become his new roommate… a certain John Watson. The doctor and long-time friend of the detective in the Conan Doyle universe is played this time by the English actor Himesh Patel (Yesterday).
We should also hear again about Moriarty (Sharon Duncan-Brewster), iconic enemy in the Sherlock Holmes universe, who escaped from prison and is now free…
