Entry approved – Swarovski gets new management holding company

The dispute between the shareholders at the crystal group has recently become quiet. According to the “Krone” research, the company register has now given the green light for the changes to the group structure that have been challenged by parts of the family. The “SAH” (Swarovski Auslands Holding GmbH) is now the holding company for all 120 companies. Over 90 shareholders are represented there.

A managing director can be appointed with a 13 percent share. The Langes family holds the largest share at around 25 percent. This makes the group easier to manage and the previous “Advisory Board” is de facto ousted.

According to the management, “another important milestone on our journey of transformation has been reached. In this way, the structural reform can be continued for the benefit of the company, the location and its employees. ”Robert Buchbauer remains the strong man at the top of the group.
