(Boursier.com) – The company Envea Global, controlling shareholder ofEnvea, has filed its draft offer for Envea shares with the AMF. Envea Global irrevocably offers the shareholders of Envea SA, a public limited company with capital of 10,119,234 euros (divided into 1,686,539 ordinary shares of 6 euros of nominal value each, fully paid up) to acquire all of their shares. Envea at a unit price of 175 euros as part of the offer.
