(Boursier.com) — The Board of Directors of EPC Group SA unanimously decided to co-opt Ms. Veronika Peguilhan as a director and member of the Audit Committee of the EPC group, replacing Ms. Nathalie Brunelle-Soulas who resigned for personal reasons.
This cooptation will be submitted for ratification at the next General Meeting of shareholders of the company.
