EPC Group: A first Social Barometer with exceptional results, which shows highly committed employees, proud of their company and sharing an ambitious vision for the future

EPC Groupe (Euronext – EXPL) – In June 2024, the EPC Group conducted its first social barometer with 2,144 employees. The participation rate of 70% is remarkable: it is the result of the involvement of EPC employees all over the world, on our production units, seconded to our customers’ sites, and members of the administrative teams.

The results reveal both remarkable employee engagement (89% say they are fully invested in their work) and a high level of employee satisfaction (87% recommend EPC as an employer).

Key results of the Barometer:

  • Exceptional commitment: 99% of employees say they “give their best at work” and 92% say they are “proud to work for EPC”, with three main factors highlighted:

    • Managerial respect: employees feel respected by their managers;

    • Continuing education: employees express a high level of satisfaction regarding training opportunities;

    • Safety at work: employees highlight optimal safety conditions.

  • Feeling of well-being and confidence: 81% of employees feel well integrated within the Group, while 87% are confident in the future of EPC.

These aspects are historical and fundamental pillars of the EPC Group; they reflect a strong corporate culture perfectly consistent with the requirements of its sector of activity, as presented in the Group’s 2023 Extra-Financial Performance Statement.

We place great importance on individual autonomy, transparency of performance and sharing of know-how. We strive to align our values with our objectives and commitments, both internally and externally. This reality is deeply rooted in our DNA. The commitment and development of our employees explain the success of our development strategy.

»

explains Olivier Obst, Chairman and CEO of the Group.

These excellent results, well above our industry benchmarks, reinforce our determination to pursue an HR policy focused on autonomy, accountability and skills development. We are convinced that these conditions are a key factor in the well-being of our employees who thus find meaning in their work. Innovation, attraction and retention of the best talents guarantee the growth and international expansion of our Group.
