(Boursier.com) — EPC Group informs that it was the subject of an unexpected visit and seizure operation by the services of the French Competition Authority.
This intervention is part of an investigation into the sectors of manufacturing and distribution of explosives for civil use and drilling-blasting for quarries and public works in France.
As indicated by the general rapporteur of the Competition Authority, this operation concerns several companies and does not prejudge the culpability of the companies concerned.
