(AOF) – The Equasens Group, health software publisher, announces the acquisition of a majority stake, up to 70%, in the capital of the start-up Digipharmacie. The acquisition of a majority stake in Digipharmacie by Equasens is an important step in the digital transformation of health. It allows the two companies to offer a complete solution, in response to the obligation to receive electronic invoices planned for September 1, 2026.
The cooperation between the two companies will make it possible to consider extended functions to further simplify and secure the administrative work of pharmacists. It will also make it possible to extend the model to other health professionals.
Based in Ile-de-France and created in 2019, Digipharmacie is a pure player in the field of digitalization of pharmacy supplier invoices.
