The other members of the Management Committee retain their functions: the missions of Grégoire DE ROTALIER, Deputy Managing Director and Director of the Axigate Link Division, Nicolas LAFON, Director of the Fintech Division, Franck FAVIER, Director of the e-Connect Division, Frédérique SCHMIDT, Administrative and Financial Director, and Sabrina GHARBI, Human Resources Director, are not modified.
