The idea of the two partners is to accelerate the technological development of floating offshore wind power, reduce costs and generate opportunities for local value creation.
This collaboration is based on the common ambition of the two companies to lead the industrialization of floating offshore wind power. Equinor and Technip intend to take advantage of the integration and the maximum use of manufacturing capacities.
